Maple Syrup

From the early days of North American habitation until today, the syrup making process has evolved into a seamless production of silky smooth sweetener. Maple syrup is produced in two grades: Grade A and Processing Grade. Grade A is divided in four, color-coded classes: Golden, Amber, Dark, and Very Dark. Golden Syrup possesses a delicate taste, while Amber is rich. Dark Syrup is robust. Very Dark has the strongest flavoring. Processing Grade syrup is often used in food products but is not permitted for retail sale. Maple syrup can be ordered in totes, drums, or pails.

Maple Flakes

Often used to add sweetness and texture to salads, cheeses, poultry, sweet potatoes, or desserts, maple flakes are made of one ingredient: 100% Pure Maple Syrup. Thus, maple flakes add a burst of sweet, maple flavor while providing crispy texture. Like maple sugar, maple flakes are often utilized as a low-calorie sweetener substitute in favorite recipes. Highly versatile, maple flakes can be used in endless creative ways!

Maple flakes can be ordered in 10.57 LB bags, 26.4 LB boxes, or 800 LB totes.

Maple Sugar

Maple sugar is produced from boiling the sap of a sugar maple longer than required to produce maple syrup. After every drop of water is boiled off the sap, solid maple sugar remains! At Indiana Sugars, our maple sugar is fashioned from a single ingredient: 100% Pure Maple Syrup. Sweet and distinctly maple, our natural maple sugar is smooth, dissolves easily, and blends seamlessly into dry mixes.

Maple sugar can be ordered in 10.57 LB bags, 33 LB boxes, or 1200 LB totes.
