Application of Medium Granulated Sugar

Medium export sugar features moderately sized, consistent crystals that dissolve efficiently, making it well-suited for a wide range of food and beverage applications. It is commonly used in baking, canning, confectionery, dairy processing, and beverage production. Its balanced granulation offers excellent versatility—ideal for recipes where a standard sweetening profile is required with minimal processing adjustments. Medium export sugar is a reliable choice for both industrial and household use, with no restrictions for children or general consumption.

Shelf Life & Storage

Under normal storage conditions, up to three years shelf life can be expected. Ideal temperature is between 16-21ºC with relative humidity of 40-50%. It is recommended to avoid fluctuation of temperature and humidity. Sugar absorbs odours very easily, so precautions should be taken to avoid storage of sugar close to any odorous matter.
