  • Reports to Vice President of Sales in the Lemont, IL office.
  • This critical role at Indiana Sugars provides the information necessary to manage the customer relationships for the company. The business is structured by customer agreements and the management of the customer needs vs. agreed volumes is the framework for our business. The candidate needs to be able to interact with Customer Service, Sales and Management to apply the information in the agreements to our business.  The candidate should be able to learn the business and analyze the information in the SAP system to help cross functional team members make decisions to support the needs of the business.
  • Four-year college degree is required, finance major is preferred.
  • Position is full time, based in the Lemont, IL , IL office.
  • SAP experience necessary.
  • Customer service and administrative background is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, organize, maintain and electronically track 500 plus annual customer sales contracts and related documents among five sites; (INSU, MOSU, SSS, NUSU, NESU)
  • Coordinating processing of incoming and outgoing written information regarding contracted sales of products.
  • Maintain orderly and efficient work flow to assemble, organize and create accurate sales contracts.
  • Recording and entering new contracts daily in SAP.
  • Analyzing SAP computer generated reports for accuracy.
  • Ensure that SAP database system functions properly to serve the sales department and its customers.
  • Administer and distribute and track signed sales contracts to customers and sales department.
  • Serve as an authorized point of contact and subject matter expert for all sales contractual matters.
  • Manage contracts to ensure cost and service requirements are met.
  • Maintain effective communication with superiors, coworkers and other departments, receiving and communicating verbal and written information accurately and timely.
  • Advise customer service specialists on using SAP contract module for customer orders.
  • Lead contract close out efforts at year end or as they expire.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customers invoice discrepancies.
  • Support sales team and customers with weekly contract reports to understand and explain product value and volume.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearend sales reports for sales department and financial requirements.
  • Interact with internal departments regarding customers’ rebates and broker commissions to assist with month end and yearend requirements.
